You probably want to call this template like
{{<includeonly>{{{s|subst:}}}</includeonly>Autotranslate|1={{{1|}}}|2={{{2|}}}|3={{{3|}}}|4={{{4|}}}|5={{{5|}}}|6={{{6|}}}|base={{subst:PAGENAME}}}}
If you don't want it to be substituted, then you can use
